Created by Michelin-trained Executive Chef Jacopo Degli Esposti, the menu showcases the rich flavour and exceptional marbling of Northern Australia’s renowned Westholme Wagyu through a series of refined dishes, including carpaccio, tortellini in Wagyu consommé, butter dry-aged MB6 cube roll, and a Wagyu tallow crème brûlée.

Available Tuesday to Saturday from 4 August to 31 October 2026, this limited-time experience is priced at $220 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $110.

Reservations are essential and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
